Air travel information

• Landing in Zanzibar :  Kenya Airways, Ethiopian Airways, Oman Air, Precision Air.
• Landing in Dar es Salaam : KLM, SWISS, British Airways, South African, Emirates.
• The VERY HIGHT SEASON is July - August and Christmas New year.

Travel documents
A valid passport and Tourist visa issued by the Tanzania Embassy in your country of residence, or upon entry at the airport.

Health
Compulsory international vaccination card attesting to immunization for yellow fever.
During your stay : anti-malaria medication. Please consult your doctor.

Local currency : TZS
The local currency is the Tanzanian Shilling (Tzs) available in all "Bureau de Change", at free market rates.

Religion
Islam.

Shopping for food

With our chauffeur, you will go shopping around in supermarket and fresh fruit market. You can buy souvenirs in Stone Town, as well as food at the local market and in three supermarket. Although all basic needs are catered for in our fishermen village.

Transport (optional) to Zanzibar villa and bungalow rental.
A minivan, with our experienced Chauffeur, is at the disposal of our guest.

This gentleman (The only one with a MBA degree) will be delighted to take you on tours round the island and to provide any and all assistance for your shopping and other needs.
